After converted using same TLC, it changes 2.07 m 2.11 m. freeboard height >300 mm so still able work on TLC. There are 4 stages production stage, making access pontoon, installing bulkhead additional reinforcement, removing dismantling pump, reconnecting with sidewall. analysis found costs IDR 20,051,463,949, economic conducted also obtained savings reparation 6,559,475,128 4,143,346,112. When one repaired, rest get an income 3,292,265,120 thus total cost 851,080,992. Saving amounting 5,708,394,136 pay off investment costs.
